Requirements:

A Grade 12 certificate along with a recognized NQF 6 qualification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required. Additionally, certificates in LOGIS and BAS are necessary. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, familiarity with BAS and LOGIS Systems, and understanding of finance and supply chain management policies and procedures such as PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and PPPFA. Proficiency in project management, financial management, and budgeting is essential. Candidates should be capable of formulating, interpreting, and implementing policies, as well as coordinating stakeholder engagements. Knowledge of government processes and legislation is important, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage budgets. Computer literacy, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities are required. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective presentation skills are valued. The ability to work well in teams and independently, even under pressure, with discretion, and good telephone etiquette, is necessary.
