As Sales Consultants at Fidelity, the chosen candidates will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Fidelity’s range of security services and solutions. This includes but is not limited to, electronic security systems, guarding services, and integrated security solutions tailored to meet diverse client needs. The role not only focuses on acquiring new business but also on fostering long-term client relationships through exceptional service delivery and personalized solutions.
Candidates applying for this position should possess a strong background in sales, ideally within the security industry or related sectors. Key responsibilities will involve prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting presentations to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth handover to the operations team for service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, providing invaluable security solutions to our valued customers.
- Drive sales of innovative alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and more to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through your proactive approach and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods sales, showcasing your ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX or other alarm systems is advantageous, demonstrating your technical acumen.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
