This role aims to guarantee that vehicles towed arrive at the designated Santam destination efficiently, minimizing storage and towing expenses. Additionally, it involves monitoring the repair process of motor claims post-assessment to prevent delays and ensure clients receive their vehicles within the agreed-upon repair time. Responsibilities also include processing payments, approving non-cash transactions, addressing escalations and complaints related to outstanding payments and repairs, closing claims, managing open orders, following up on outstanding invoices, reconciling supplier payment reports, and handling any necessary administrative tasks.
QUAILIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Matric
- Fully computer literate (MS Office)
- Any previous claims handling, pre-support and or post support experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of ClaimCentre, Avaya, Abuntex, Dreamtec and BPM will be an advantage
