These roles are critical to ensuring effective revenue collection and management within the department. Successful candidates will be responsible for capturing comprehensive patient details, including names, surnames, addresses, contact information for next of kin, and medical aid numbers if applicable. They will also need to classify patients based on their income groups and handle out-of-pocket cash payments for outpatient services, issuing receipts and tracking payments efficiently.
